Montse Suarez is Managing Partner and Founder of Iris Ventures, a leading European growth equity firm targeting investments in the intersection of innovation, lifestyle, and technology, with presence in London, Barcelona, and New York. With more than 20 years of global investment experience, Ms. Suarez has established herself as a prominent European expert in digital lifestyle and one of the most plugged-in consumer investors. Prior to launching Iris Ventures, she co-founded Vaultier7, the United Kingdom's first female-led specialist investment fund with a portfolio of world class consumer brands including sneaker brand Axel Arigato and Vestiaire Collective, the leading secondhand luxury fashion marketplace. Ms. Suarez spent the first part of her career at Morgan Stanley, advising on mergers and acquisitions and capital markets for retail, consumer, tech, and luxury goods companies including Kering, Prada Group, Richemont, Inditex, Burberry, and Amadeus. She has worked across Europe, the United States, and the Middle East and is fluent in English, French, Spanish, and Catalan.

She is an active business angel, mentor, and start-up advisor to female founders and sits on a handful of boards including footwear brand Saysh, high-end design marketplace Artemest, haircare brand Gisou, skincare brand 111Skin, and more.

Ms. Suarez holds a MSc First Class Honours in business administration from ESADE Business School and University of Michigan, Ann Arbor.
