Denise Incandela is Executive Vice President of Apparel and Private Brands for Walmart U.S. She is responsible for leading Walmart’s apparel business in stores and online, all general merchandise private brands, and Walmart’s apparel retailers/DTCs including Moosejaw, Bonobos, and ELOQUII. Previously, Ms. Incandela was Senior Vice President and Group General Manager of Walmart’s Fashion Group, leading apparel for e-commerce and developing Walmart’s elevated brands including Sofia Jeans by Sofia Vergara, Scoop, Free Assembly, Love & Sports, ELOQUII Elements, and Fielder x Bonobos.

Earlier in her career, she was Chief Executive Officer of Aerosoles, President of Global Digital for the Ralph Lauren Corporation, Executive Vice President and Chief Marketing Officer of Saks Fifth Avenue, and a leader of the retail practice at McKinsey & Company.
