Roberto Ramos brings over twenty years of innovative creative and marketing experience to
some of the world’s leading culture-shaping brands. He owns and leads The Ideatelier, a cultural transformation studio working with challenger lifestyle brands of all sizes to understand, embrace, and harness the inspiring and unapologetic power of culture to shape business and creativity. The Ideatelier works with world-class collaborators to map out where culture is going, the urgent engagement opportunities it generates, and ways in which partner brands can authentically make cultural statements that move people.

Before launching his firm, Mr. Ramos worked as Senior Vice President and Chief Creative Officer at The Doneger Group, the leading global lifestyle forecasting and product development firm for the fashion and lifestyle industries. While there he collaborated with some of the lifestyle industry’s biggest brands in retail, fashion, home, culinary, and beauty to unlock creative and business value through product development, branding and marketing, and commercial strategies. Before Doneger, Mr. Ramos served in senior creative and strategic roles in multiple innovation and advertising agencies, as well as Chief Executive Officer of The Vox Collective, an agency he co-founded that delivers breakthrough, award-winning creative work for leading clients in retail, luxury, consumer goods, and tech.

Mr. Ramos is a voice in culture, branding, and marketing and has had his perspective featured in media including Bloomberg, Adweek, AdAge, CNN, and The Huffington Post. He also sits on the board of the Retail Marketing Society and the Fashion Institute of Technology.

He is a graduate of Cornell University and is fluent in English, Spanish, French, Portuguese, and Italian.
