Niall Maher is Chief Merchandising Officer and Senior Vice President of Men’s & Women’s Polo, Polo Sport & RLX Brands at Ralph Lauren. He is responsible for the overall brand strategy for the Men’s and Women’s Polo Brand, including RLX, RLX Golf, Polo Sport and Polo Men’s Footwear & Accessories. Mr. Maher joined the Ralph Lauren team in 2008 and, prior to his current position, served as the Head of Brand Merchandising for RRL, the Head of the Ralph Lauren ‘World of Denim’ Merchandising, Design and Development team, and the Head of Polo Special Projects, developing and driving the strategy to energize the Polo brand through Limited Edition and Collaborative capsules and activations.
