Giampaolo Grossi has served as Chief Executive Officer of Giacomo Milano since 2023, where he joined after a career in the hospitality sector.
 
Born in Florence, he trained as a restaurant manager in Florence and Versilia before becoming General Manager of Bice in New York, Kuwait, and Florida, serving as the Group's Business Development Manager. Mr. Grossi joined the Prada Group in 2015 as General Manager of Marchesi 1824, achieving the goal of positioning the renowned Milanese pastry shop in the luxury segment, as well as launching the opening of new stores in the Lombardy capital. He then joined Starbucks Italy as General Manager, tasked with developing the Reserve Roastery concept and supporting the Group's retail business.
