Lorenzo Serafini is Creative Director of Alberta Ferretti.
Earlier in his career, after a stint at Blumarine, Mr. Serafini joined the Roberto Cavalli brand, leading the women’s wear department. After ten years, he took on the role of Creative Director at D&G, then moving to the Dolce & Gabbana line, where he headed the women’s creative team.
In 2014, Mr. Serafini joined the Aeffe Group as Creative Director of the Philosophy brand, shaping a modern vision for the label established in 1984 by Alberta Ferretti. During his tenure, he developed a wardrobe for confident women where femininity, elegance, and sensuality merge with versatility and personal style.
In 2024, Mr. Serafini was appointed Creative Director of Alberta Ferretti, succeeding the brand’s founder, Alberta Ferretti, who announced her retirement from the runway in September of the same year. His first collection for the brand was presented in February 2025 during Milan Fashion Week.
Mr. Serafini graduated with a degree in fashion design from NABA, New Academy of Fine Arts in Milan.
