With over 20 years in the luxury industry, Emmanuelle Nodale has deep expertise in jewellery, as well as a proven track record in shaping and developing brands globally. Having previously held senior finance and strategy roles, Ms. Nodale is known for her strategic leadership and her ability to translate insights and trends into meaningful growth and brand building. Her vision and pragmatic approach, combined with strong commercial acumen, make her a powerful force in developing brand desirability and driving sustainable growth.
 
Prior to joining De Beers London, Ms. Nodale held key positions across Kering from investor relations and mergers and acquisitions at the headquarters to strategy in the watches and jewellery division. Most recently, she served as General Manager of Europe at Pomellato, where her leadership was instrumental in the growth of the brand and its elevation.
