Sally Peng is Senior Managing Director and leads the Export Controls, Sanctions, Trade Practice in the APAC region at FTI Consulting. Ms. Peng has been a trusted advisor for many multinational corporations on their international trade supply chain and customs issues, including advising clients on their supply chain operations related to U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP). During the ongoing U.S.-China trade wars, Ms. Peng is sought after to advise on mitigating strategies against U.S. Section 301 and 232 retaliation tariffs, free trade agreements, trade preference programs, and country of origin issues. Her industry coverage includes apparel, footwear, handbag and leather goods, hardline goods, and consumer electronics. She is also highly involved in the American Chamber of Commerce in Hong Kong, serving as Vice Chairman for the board of governors and on several committees, including China business committee and apparel, footwear, and supply chain committee.
