Andrew Lo is Chief Executive Officer of Crystal International Group Limited and Executive Director of the board. He is also Chairman of the corporate development committee and sustainability committee.
 
Crystal International Group Limited was established by Mr. Lo’s parents in the 1970s and is now a leading garment manufacturer with a global presence in Vietnam, China, Bangladesh, Cambodia, and Sri Lanka. It has over 60,000 employees globally with an annual turnover of $2.2B, producing over 350 million pieces of garments in 2023 in five main product categories, including lifestyle wear, sportswear, denim, intimate, and knits . The company has been listed on the main board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange since 2017.
 
Mr. Lo graduated from the University of Toronto with a bachelor’s degree in economics.
