Rob Brooks is Chief Operating Officer of Saks Global, a combination of world-class luxury retailers, including Saks Fifth Avenue and Saks OFF 5TH. In his role, which he started in July 2024, he is responsible for overseeing business and digital operations, service centers, procurement, supply chain logistics, asset protection, and sustainability. Previously, Mr. Brooks served as President and Chief Executive Officer of Saks OFF 5TH, where he led the e-commerce business. Earlier in his career, he held leadership roles across store operations, customer experience, and human resources at Saks OFF 5TH, as well as human resources leadership positions of increasing responsibility at businesses including HBC and Macy’s. With over 20 years of experience, primarily in retail, he guides his teams through a people-centric and customer-focused lens, spearheading the execution of customer initiatives, profit improvement strategies, and operational advancements to drive organizational efficiency.

Mr. Brooks holds a bachelor of business administration from Hofstra University.
