Marc Metrick is Chief Executive Officer of Saks Global Operating Group and serves as a board member of Saks Global. Mr. Metrick oversees Saks Global’s retail and consumer businesses, including Neiman Marcus, Bergdorf Goodman, Saks Fifth Avenue, and Saks OFF 5TH; leads the largest multi-brand luxury retailer in the world; and drives its strategy to reinvent the luxury shopping experience so that each customer's experience is unmistakably their own.

A highly accomplished retail industry executive with deep experience in strategy development, merchandising, marketing, operations, and finance, Mr. Metrick has three decades of experience in the industry, more than half of which included years in senior leadership roles at Saks Fifth Avenue and HBC. Previously, he was Chief Executive Officer of Saks, led the full Saks Fifth Avenue digital and physical ecosystem, and served as President of Saks OFF 5TH. He also previously held the role of HBC’s Chief Administrative Officer, where he developed corporate strategies for all of the company’s operating units, and sat on HBC’s executive committee. He played an instrumental role in HBC’s acquisition of Saks in 2013.

Mr. Metrick is an executive committee member and serves as Chairman of the audit and finance committee of the National Retail Federation. He is on the advisory board of the Jay H. Baker Retailing Center at The Wharton School and is a member of the CNBC CEO council. Since 2019, he has been a member of The Business of Fashion’s BoF 500.
 
Mr. Metrick holds a bachelor of science in business administration from Boston University.
