Assia Grazioli-Venier is Founding Partner of Muse Capital and Muse Sport. She is a global leader in sports business, venture capital, and consumer innovation. A visionary in the commercialization of women's sports and a leading force in women's healthcare innovation, she is an early backer of today's most sought-after entertainment properties and pioneering medical solutions for underserved needs.
                                                                       
One of Ms. Grazioli-Venier’s investment theses is that women's healthcare and women's sports fuel each other's growth. In sports, she helped launch Juventus Women and a suite of Juventus-operated properties, played a key investor role in Michele Kang acquiring the NWSL's Washington Spirit, and touts investments in Sports Innovation Lab, Just Women's Sports, Therabody, Miami Pickleball, and Women’s Pro Baseball League. In women's healthcare, she is a first mover who backed Midi Health, Conceivable Life Sciences, Cofertility, Sequel, and Eli Health—companies that have proven the women's health market to be one of the most compelling commercial opportunities of our time.
           
In 2025, she expanded her commitment to the sailing sector with Muse Sport’s lead investment in SailGP.
