Marco Balich is one of the most prominent and innovative creators of large-scale live experiences, renowned for transforming culture, technology, and storytelling into globally resonant moments. 
 
Mr. Balich has curated the production of some of the most iconic ceremonies and shows, including 17 Olympic ceremonies and countless international events. In 2026, through his Balich Wonder Studio, he delivered six FIFA World Cup ceremonies and produced the Opening Ceremony of the Milano Cortina Winter Olympic Games. Mr. Balich brought his creative vision to the luxury sector through Balich Wonder Studio Bespoke, curating Dolce&Gabbana's Alta Moda shows since 2021 and producing fashion shows and events for the likes of Louis Vuitton, Gucci, Bulgari, Buccellati, and Max Mara.
 
He won an Emmy Award for the Torino 2006 Olympic Ceremonies and the prestigious Compasso d'Oro ADI for the Rio 2016 Olympic Ceremonies. He is also the creator of powerful multi-award-winning icons, including the Tree of Life for Expo Milano 2015 and the Whale Shark, the suspended installation of the 2022 FIFA World Cup in Qatar. 
 
Driven by the constant pursuit of innovation, Mr. Balich has pioneered award-winning immersive formats such as Giudizio Universale – The Sistine Chapel Immersive Show, created in collaboration with the Vatican Museums and has sold over 350,000 tickets; and Viva Vivaldi, the immersive show co-produced with the Arena di Verona, which sold out twice in 2024 and 2025.
