Madeleine Boyd joined Together Group in 2025 to lead Beauty and Wellness across the Group’s 14 specialist creative consultancies, marketing, digital, and production studios worldwide, including The Future Laboratory, Purple, North Six, Obo, and Construct.
 
A strategic global communications and marketing leader with over 15 years experience in luxury, Ms. Boyd brings a distinctive perspective shaped by work across agency, brand, editorial, and multi-brand retail environments. She has led global marketing and communications strategies for both heritage and challenger brands and destinations, helping build cultural relevance and long-term brand equity through creative storytelling, media influence, talent and celebrity engagement, and culturally resonant partnerships—positioning brands at the heart of cultural conversation.
 
Previously Global Senior Vice President at Karla Otto, Ms. Boyd has also held roles at Mecca—Australia’s leading beauty retailer—where she created the Mecca Memo, and at Vogue. Her former clients include Augustinus Bader, Isamaya Beauty, Lanserhof, Parfums de Marly, Dyson, MAC Cosmetics, Lancôme, LYMA, and Cartier Fragrances.
 
She holds a bachelor of creative arts from the University of Melbourne and a master’s degree in fashion journalism from the London College of Fashion.
