Veronique Gabai-Pinsky is a brand builder and leader in the fragrance industry, renowned for bridging creative vision with strategic business acumen. With deep expertise in global markets, consumers, and evolving business models, she brings a unique and holistic approach to brand development.
 
After years of leading beauty and fashion companies, Ms. Gabai-Pinsky launched her eponymous brand in 2019. Focused on fragrance, beauty, and accessories, the brand operates through a direct-to-consumer model complemented by partnerships with prestigious retailers like Bergdorf Goodman and Harrods. The brand won Best Innovation of the Year for AROMA and Best Indie Fragrance of the Year for Délices des Bois at the Fragrance Foundation Awards.
 
Ms. Gabai-Pinsky also consults for brands within the beauty, fragrance, and luxury industries, including Zimmermann and Baobab. Notably, she recently created the first line of perfumes and home fragrances for the Princess Grace Foundation of Monaco.
 
Previously, she was President of the Vera Wang Group, where she oversaw global operations across all categories, and prior to that, she spent 13 years at The Estée Lauder Companies, where she served as Global President of its fragrance division and indie skincare brands. Earlier, she held leadership roles at Symrise (formerly Dragoco), Guerlain, SELECT Communications, and began her career at L'Oréal.
 
Ms. Gabai-Pinsky serves on the board of Interparfums, Lifetime Brands, and Parfums de Marly. She has been recognized as Achiever of the Year by CEW and Marketer of the Year by WWD, among others.
 
She is a graduate of ESSEC Business School in Paris.
