Blush-Bar is a pink, specialty beauty retailer in Latin America. Claudia Lloreda founded Blush-Bar in Colombia in 2015, and today Blush-Bar has 55 stores across Colombia, Chile, and Mexico. Blush-Bar offers an edited portfolio of amazing brands, a warm and kind store experience, and expert makeup and skincare classes and services, combined with an entrepreneurial spirit and deep Latina roots.
 
Prior to Blush-Bar, Ms. Lloreda spent eight years at The Estée Lauder Companies as Vice President of Global Makeup and Fragrance Marketing at Clinique as well as Vice President of Strategy and New Business Development. Before starting her career in beauty, she spent six years at McKinsey & Company as Engagement Manager. She was also a Financial Analyst at J.P. Morgan & Co. in M&A Latin America in New York. 
 
Ms. Lloreda received her master of business administration from Harvard Business School and her undergraduate degree in government from Harvard University.
