Robin Burns is Co-founder and Chairman of Batallure Beauty, a New York-based cosmetic company. Previously, she was President and Chief Executive Officer of Estée Lauder Inc., Victoria’s Secret Beauty, and Calvin Klein Cosmetics.
 
Ms. Burns-McNeill is Chairman and a long-standing board of trustees member for the Fashion Institute of Technology. Earlier, she served as Chairman for Cosmetic Executive Women and also as a board member of S.C. Johnson & Sons Inc. for over 20 years.
           
She is a graduate of Syracuse University and was the recipient of the highest award given to alumni, The George Arents Pioneer Medal.
