Justin Effron is Co-founder and Co-Chief Executive Officer of 10Beauty, creator of the world’s first full-service, salon-quality robotic manicure. At 10Beauty, he leads sales and technology, shaping product strategy and commercial partnerships while guiding the company’s technical roadmap.
 
Raised in New York, Mr. Effron began his career at Citibank before co-founding ALICE with Alex Shashou in 2013, a B2B hotel operations platform that scaled to 4,000 hotels in more than 60 countries before being acquired by Expedia Group.
 
Following ALICE, Mr. Effron and Mr. Shashou founded 10Beauty, which has raised $52M from leading investors, including Shine Capital, Lerer Hippeau, and Imaginary Ventures, as well as celebrity backers like Victoria Beckham, Sara and Erin Foster, and Karlie Kloss. Based in Boston, 10Beauty is launching with partners across retail, fitness, hotel, and salon channels, including Ulta Beauty and Nordstrom.
