Alicia Sontag is a Co-Founder and Managing Partner at Prelude Growth Partners. Prelude Growth Partners provides equity capital and bespoke partnership to founders in strategically building the iconic powerhouse brands of tomorrow. Prelude Growth investments in beauty and personal care include Sol de Janeiro, Naturium, Summer Fridays, Phlur, Westman Atelier, One Skin, Tower 28, and The Center. 
Previously, Ms. Sontag was Global President of Beauty at Johnson & Johnson Consumer Companies.  In that capacity, she led a multi-billion dollar portfolio of multiple brands including Neutrogena and Aveeno.  Prior to Johnson and Johnson, Ms. Sontag enjoyed an 11 year career at the Estée Lauder Companies.  There, she held several executive positions across multiple brands including Bobbi Brown and Clinique. 

Ms. Sontag began her career at McKinsey and Company, where she worked for nearly 5 years advising Consumer clients on a variety of strategic, marketing, and operating issues.  Ms. Sontag is a Summa Cum Laude graduate of The Wharton School, and she earned her MBA from Harvard Business School.
