Paul Austin is a recognized leader in the global fragrance industry, combining three decades of brand-building expertise with a deep connection to India’s scent culture. He is Founder of Austin Advisory Group, a New York-based fragrance and branding agency focused on strategy and storytelling.
After a career that began at Unilever and later as Global Head of Fine Fragrance at Quest (now Givaudan), a sabbatical in India inspired Mr. Austin to create a new model for brand storytelling—SourceStories—connecting consumers to the origins, people, and places behind the products they love. His agency's work spans clients including Robertet, Rolls-Royce, SK-II, Estée Lauder, and Indē Wild, and the co-creation of LilaNur Parfums, the first Indo-French luxury fragrance house.
An Australian based in New York, Mr. Austin has lectured at The Metropolitan Museum of Art and speaks internationally on how creativity, culture, and commerce are redefining beauty’s future.
