Jessica Stacey is Senior Vice President, External Communications, Experiential & Marketing Partnerships at Sephora US. In her role, she oversees public relations, reputation and issues management, strategic engagements, digital and in-person event programming, and the newly formed marketing partnerships division.  
 
Since joining Sephora in 2006, Jessica and her team have established Sephora’s industry-leading culture and initiatives across top-tier national and regional earned media coverage and protecting Sephora’s brand reputation while creating differentiated and event activations and experiences furthering Sephora’s mission of creating the world’s most inclusive beauty community. In 2018, Jessica led the launch of the retailer’s first-ever immersive consumer-facing beauty experience, SEPHORiA, which hosted its first virtual format in 2021 and expanded globally in 2022. Most recently, she has spearheaded the formation of iconic partnerships in the music and sports industries. Firstly, establishing Sephora as the official and exclusive beauty partner for Unrivaled, a groundbreaking 3v3 women’s basketball league founded by two U.S. Olympians and built in collaboration with some of the biggest stars in women's basketball. Secondly, as a founding and official beauty partner of the WNBA’s the Golden State Valkyries. And, finally, leading the launch of “Faces of Music,” a three-part docuseries that offers a behind-the-scenes look at the inspiration and creation behind iconic beauty looks from Chappell Roan, Victoria Monét, and Becky G, revealing how these artists authentically express themselves, while showcasing how music and beauty intertwine to shape their identities and inspire artistic visions.
