As Chief Information Officer of Procter & Gamble’s Global Beauty business, Damon Frost leads the IT and Digital capabilities for a portfolio of brands including Head & Shoulders, Pantene, Olay, SK-II, Secret, and Old Spice. This includes driving digital and data strategy for all P&G Beauty brands and all end-to-end IT needs including innovation and productivity opportunities through an IT organization of over 100 people.

Throughout his 26 year career, Mr. Frost has gained a broad range of experience across the IT landscape including leading DevOps for P&G’s sales, marketing, brand systems, initiative management, and business intelligence systems; implementing P&G’s first ever global email system; leading the IT strategy for the Coffee business; running P&G’s end user computing platforms; and serving as Chief Information Officer of P&G India.

Mr. Frost was recognized in CIO India magazine’s CIO100 in 2012 and awarded the Professional Achievement award by the Max M. Fisher College of Business at the Ohio State University in 2019. He has been a member of Information Technology Senior Management Forum (ITSMF) since 2015.

He holds a bachelor of science in business administration from The Ohio State University.
