Olivia de Rothschild is the fourth daughter of Benjamin and Ariane de Rothschild. She gained early experience in the fashion industry by working with Azzedine Alaïa between the ages of nine and fourteen. At the age of sixteen following the brand’s acquisition by her mother, she started working with Caron and contributed to the reinvention of its iconic perfume bottles.
 
Ms. de Rothschild has served as Artistic Director of Caron since 2023. She launched Atmah, the first fragrance in collaboration with Louise Turner in 2025, and most recently, she launched Les Formes Libres, the first collection of objects from Caron. In addition, the company opened two new stores in Paris and Monaco with a new architectural design and retail identity by Casper Mueller Kneer Architects.
 
Ms. de Rothschild is also Founder of Oli’s Lab, an online platform dedicated to cosmetics formulated for a diverse range of skin tones and ethnicities.
 
Ms. de Rothschild studied business at Georgetown University.
