Born in Perugia, Carolina Cucinelli is the second daughter of Federica and Brunello Cucinelli. She currently serves as Vice President, Co-Creative Director, and board member of Brunello Cucinelli S.p.A.
 
After earning an artistic high school diploma in fashion and costume, Ms. Cucinelli joined her family’s company in 2010 and began her career in the womenswear style office before becoming Head of the Accessories Division. She later played a key role in developing "Artigiani Umanisti del web", the digital project that led to the launch of the company’s e-commerce platform and the redesign of its corporate website. She now oversees the brand’s image and communication, with particular attention to social media and initiatives aimed at engaging younger generations.
 
Alongside her creative and communication responsibilities, Ms. Cucinelli has progressively contributed to the company’s commercial strategy and international development across both wholesale and retail.
She also played a significant role in establishing and strengthening prestigious partnerships with
Oliver Peoples, Luxottica, and Euroitalia, resulting in exclusive eyewear and fragrance collections.
Together with her sister Camilla, Ms. Cucinelli has actively supported the restoration of the hamlet of
Solomeo and promoted cultural initiatives, including international performances at the Cucinelli
Theatre and the annual open-air cinema program at the Foro delle Arti.
