Born in Modena, Stefano Bizzarri traveled the world to follow his passion of surfing. To earn money, he worked as a waiter in restaurants in Australia, Brazil, and Argentina. In 2019 Mr. Bizzarri decided to go to Italy, with his family and his wife, Allegra, to reopen Dalla Gioconda, a restaurant that had been a dancing club on the hills of Gabicce Monte in the 1960s. In 2021 after the reconstruction of the restaurant, Davide Di Fabio, the former Sous-Chef from Osteria Francescana for 16 years, joined the project. The following year Dalla Gioconda received its first Michelin Star and the Green Star for Sustainability.
Mr. Bizzarri graduated from Bocconi University in Milan with a degree in business.
