With Galateo & Friends, Mr. Bonaldo, animated by passion and creativity, is a pioneer in promoting the culture of extra virgin olive oil in the world. He ensures the precious nectar is presented in increasingly attractive and recognizable packaging following a "red thread” strategy summarized as The Good in the Beautiful.
 
Previously, Mr. Bonaldo founded the olive oil company, Casa Olearia Taggiasca, in 1995.
