Silvio Ursini is Group Executive Vice President of Bulgari and sits on Bulgari’s executive committee.
Born in Napoli, Mr. Ursini started his professional career in the marketing department of Procter & Gamble Italy. He then joined Roux Séguéla advertising agency followed by Bulgari in 1989 as Marketing Director. He became Group Creative Director in 1992 and spearheaded the company’s creative drive into new categories such as watches, accessories, and fragrances. Mr. Ursini also launched the groundbreaking Anima Mundi initiative in support of the WWF’s biodiversity campaign and the campaign in support of Save the Children, which has raised over $100M in ten years. He created the Bulgari Hotels & Resorts project, and since 2002, has been dedicated fulltime to its strategic and creative direction, with seven hotels already open and five under construction.
Mr. Ursini is also Vice President of the World Wide Fund for Nature Italy.
He graduated from Georgetown University.
