Born in Milan, Paola Faccioli has always worked for the success of her family business, Pasticceria Cova Montenapoleone. Owned by the Faccioli family since the early '80s and acquired by the LVMH Group in 2013, Pasticceria Cova has succeeded in exporting its Italian Excellence in the food and beverage industry to the world. Ms. Faccioli is the company’s Chief Executive Officer.
 
She graduated from IULM University in Milan after studying foreign languages and literature.
