Katelyn Winker had been a foundational part of the Taylor & Pond ecosystem for six years prior to its evolution into Front Row. She now leads Front Row’s consumer digital 360 strategy, guiding a cross-functional team of specialists across performance marketing, influencer, social, and retention marketing to drive holistic brand growth.
Ms. Winker focuses on building integrated marketing networks that unify all digital levers, ensuring paid, owned, earned, and marketplace channels (including DTC, TikTok Shop, and key retail partners such as Amazon and Sephora) work together to accelerate growth. She plays a strategic role across key accounts, driving client retention and long-term value through connected, data-driven planning, omnichannel activation, and full-funnel performance optimization.
