Born and raised in the Bronx, New York, to Albanian immigrant parents, Mr. Dedivanovic discovered his passion for beauty as a teenager, beginning his career at Sephora. He went on to become a sought-after celebrity makeup artist, working with some of the most influential figures in the world, while building one of the largest global followings in the industry.
 
In 2009, he launched The Masterclass, pioneering a new model for beauty education through sold-out venues across the United States, Europe, Asia, and the Middle East, and inspiring a community of artists and beauty enthusiasts.
 
In 2020, he launched Makeup by Mario at Sephora, translating his artistry into high-performance, artist-driven products rooted in quality, innovation, and effortlessness. Today, it is one of the fastest-growing brands at Sephora globally and is available in over 1,600 Sephora locations worldwide.
