Nate Jones was formerly Chief Relationships Officer at JUV Consulting, leading a diverse team of Gen Zers before successfully selling the company to United Talent Agency (UTA) in 2024. He is now a Director at UTA Marketing’s Next Gen practice, where he continues to help many of the world’s biggest brands, such as Spotify and Nike, connect with culture. Mr. Jones leads the team in Los Angeles and is in charge of all things influencer/creator for Next Gen. He is a leading voice on Gen Z and has been named by Business Insider as one of the 22 Rising Stars of the Creator Economy. He has spoken for everyone from Unilever to WPP and is often quoted in major publications like Adweek, Ad Age, Business of Fashion, and The Los Angeles Times.
