Her role spans commercial, people, fundraising, and corporate development. Since joining in 2020, the company has scaled rapidly across the United Kingdom, Latvia, and the United States. She previously led investor relations at WPP, a global agency holding group, and was an equity analyst at U.S. investment bank Jefferies, covering the media and technology sectors.

Ms. Hau graduated from the University of Technology, Sydney and is a qualified chartered accountant.
