Maria Mazzone has deep industry expertise within all consumer verticals. She is currently a Managing Director of Innovation at Accenture and leads the Customer Innovation Center in Milan, a hands-on destination that incubates breakthrough ideas and creates innovative solutions for clients. In her role, she manages a large team directing client engagements that support transformation for major CPG and retail companies. Her expertise includes redesign of customer journeys and innovation scenarios and scouting and incubating new technology and start-ups to bring the latest innovation to Accenture clients. Ms. Mazzone also holds a leadership role on the strategic growth initiative of the Metaverse as both an accelerator for business growth and enabler for innovation and collaboration.
