Drew DeLong leads Kearney’s Geopolitical Dynamics team, the firm’s frontline function for navigating geopolitical developments. The team supports Fortune 100s, private equity firms, and portfolio companies across the full lifecycle—from intelligence briefings and tabletop exercises to immediate crisis response and embedding long-term organizational ownership. Drew previously served as a political appointee on the State Department’s Policy Planning Staff during the first Trump Administration, with earlier roles in the White House, Congress, and the Department of Transportation. He is based in Dallas, Texas.
