Emily Cole is a dynamic leader and creative force within the industry. Ms. Cole joined Kenneth Cole Productions in 2022, where her experience quickly elevated her to Chief Strategy Officer. In this role, she was instrumental in developing long-term business plans seamlessly integrated into the company’s people, culture, and strategies. In 2023, she expanded her responsibilities as Chief Strategy and Product Officer, overseeing design direction and merchandising. Ms. Cole’s portfolio grew in 2024 to include Women’s Creative Director, and recently, she has been elevated to Executive Vice President, Chief Product Officer, and Creative Director, where she continues to drive innovation and creativity.
 
Earlier in her career, she practiced law for eight years, including working on Hillary Clinton’s campaign, before serving as a social impact litigator in New York City.
 
Ms. Cole has been a lifelong student of fashion and art, bringing a unique and invaluable perspective to her work. She is an advocate for reproductive rights and other progressive issues. She currently resides in Brooklyn with her husband, two children, and dog named Stevie Nicks.
 
Ms. Cole attended Columbia University, studying art and political science, before furthering her education at Columbia Law School.
