Tanya Gordon is Executive Vice President and Chief Merchandising Officer at Shoe Carnival Inc., one of the nation’s largest family footwear retailers. She leads merchandising strategy, planning and allocation, and execution along with e-commerce across footwear and accessories, partnering cross-functionally to deliver a differentiated customer experience. With more than 30 years in retail, she drives results through trend analysis, product development, and multi-channel merchandising.
 
Since joining Shoe Carnival in 2014, Ms. Gordon has held senior leadership roles, including Vice President, Vice President and General Merchandise Manager, and Senior Vice President and General Merchandise Manager. She was named Executive Vice President and Chief Merchandising Officer in 2025. Her focus includes capturing new opportunities, improving inventory performance, and strengthening vendor partnerships.

Ms. Gordon’s background spans merchandising and product leadership in both department and specialty retail. She is known for developing strong teams and trusted relationships that support long-term growth.
