Leslie Renner is a non-profit leader with over 20 years of experience helping mission-driven organizations grow through corporate engagement, strategic sponsorships, and high-impact donor programs. She joined the Two Ten Footwear Foundation in 2023 as Vice President of Development, where she has driven consistent revenue growth, and in 2025 expanded her scope to oversee the Foundation’s professional groups, increasing member engagement across the Women in the Footwear Industry (WIFI) and human resources communities.  
 
Previously, Ms. Renner served as Director of Corporate Partnerships at amfAR, securing six- and seven-figure sponsorships for global events, and held senior partnership and development roles at Girls Who Code and Girls Inc., leading corporate, foundation, and individual giving strategies while strengthening stakeholder engagement. She began her career in higher education advancement at Butler University and Barnard College.
 
Ms. Renner holds a bachelor’s degree from Purdue University and a master of business administration from Butler University.
