Fran Horowitz is A&F Co.’s Chief Executive Officer. She serves on the board of directors in addition to being a member of the executive committee. Previously she was President and Chief Merchandising Officer for all A&F Co. brands, a member of the Office of the Chairman, and Brand President of Hollister.
 
Ms. Horowitz also serves on the boards of Conagra Brands Inc., one of North America's leading branded food companies, and Bombas, a direct-to-consumer apparel brand with a mission to help those in need. Additionally, she is a board member of SeriousFun Children’s Network, a non-profit corporation that provides specially adapted camp experiences for children with serious illnesses and their families, and a board member of Chief Executives for Corporate Purpose (CECP), a chief executive officer-led coalition that helps companies transform their social strategy by providing customized resources.
