Andrea Guerra was appointed Chief Executive Officer of Prada S.p.A. in January 2023.
 
Mr. Guerra started his career in hotel management as Marketing Director of Marriott International. He then joined Merloni Elettrodomestici in diverse commercial, manufacturing, and central services functions, before becoming Chief Executive Officer of the company. He served as Chief Executive Officer of Luxottica Group, before being appointed Senior Strategic Advisor for Business, Finance, and Industry to Matteo Renzi’s Italian government.
 
Earlier in his career, Mr. Guerra served as Executive Chairman of Eataly and Chief Executive Officer of LVMH Hospitality Excellence, the entity encompassing Hôtels Cheval Blanc and the Belmond hotels and luxury trains. He also oversaw Fendi and Loro Piana and was Strategic Advisor to LVMH.
 
Mr. Guerra is a graduate of the University of Rome La Sapienza.
