RJ Cilley is Chief Operating Officer of Saks, the premier digital platform for luxury fashion, where he is responsible for fulfillment centers, marketplace and business operations, item lifecycle, international, customer care, and Saks’ Bangalore teams. Before expanding his role, Mr. Cilley served as Senior Vice President of Marketplace and Operations, overseeing digital operations. Earlier in his career, he was Chief Digital Officer for HBC and held other leadership roles across digital, business operations, and corporate development at Saks and HBC. He was also an Investment Banking Analyst at BMO Capital Markets, focusing on consumer and retail.
 
Mr. Cilley holds a bachelor’s degree in business management and organization from Penn State University.
