Vennette Ho spearheads Financo Raymond James’ industry-leading Beauty & Personal Care practice. She focuses on mergers and acquisitions in addition to growth capital raises for young, rapidly growing companies. Ms. Ho was named by Mergers & Acquisitions magazine as one of the Most Influential Women in Mid-Market M&A and by WWD as one of the 50 Most Powerful Women in Beauty. Forbes and CircleUp have also recognized her for their annual Consumer Catalyst Awards, which honors top dealmakers and influencers in the consumer industry for emerging brands. Some of Ms. Ho’s transactions included the sale of Mielle, Hero Cosmetics, Briogeo, Paula's Choice, Drunk Elephant, Tatcha, Sol de Janeiro, Olaplex, Revision Skincare, Milk Makeup, and Amika and capital raises for companies such as Vegamour, Osea, Dr. Dennis Gross, and Kosas.
Prior to joining Financo Raymond James, Ms. Ho worked at Lazard in equity research and at Bloomingdale’s in merchandising. She is a member of the board of governors of Cosmetic Executive Women (CEW) and serves on the board of Children’s Academy, a non-profit K-12 school for children with special needs.
She received a B.A. from Brown University and an M.B.A. from Columbia Business School.
