Ms. Soare immigrated to the United States from Romania in 1989, leveraging a fierce resolve and education in art and architecture to fuel her entrepreneurial vision and unique approach to beauty. In 1990, she introduced a new brow shaping technique to clients— later patented as the Golden Ratio Eyebrow Shaping Method — that has gone on to become a modern beauty essential.
 
Starting out as a one-woman operation in a room of a salon, Ms. Soare has gone on to build an empire, and she has certainly raised a few brows along the way. She continues to push boundaries with the company’s leading brow and color lines, and her capacity for driving growth through innovation and focus on customers have become hallmarks of her leadership.
