Simone Dominici has international experience in the Consumer, Luxury, Beauty, and Retail sectors, having worked for top global groups over the last thirty years across six countries and three continents. He started his career at Unilever and worked his way up to Vice President of the Food Italy Business Unit. Mr. Dominici then became General Manager of Coin Department Store and, subsequently, Executive Vice President of Global Markets at Bottega Veneta, with responsibilities in Europe, America, and Asia. While at Coty, first in Geneva and then at the Amsterdam headquarters, Mr. Dominici served as both Executive Vice President for Europe, Middle East, and Africa, with responsibility for both the Consumer and Prestige divisions, and as Head of Global Revenue Management. He was named Chief Executive Officer of Kiko Milano in 2022 and delivered record breaking growth across all categories for the brand in the past year.
