Dana Upshaw is Chief Growth Officer of Recom, one of the world’s largest Amazon brand agencies. She is responsible for overseeing the company’s overall growth strategy by building partnerships with premium brands that are serious about optimization on Amazon.

Their more than 350 associates work with the world’s leading luxury brands across the health and beauty industries to help them optimize their presence and sell more of their products on the world’s leading e-commerce marketplace, while simultaneously creating winning strategies to support their core brick-and-mortar and DTC business models. 
 
Ms. Upshaw is recognized as a thought leader in the e-commerce space, regularly speaking at industry events and contributing to publications on related topics.
