Hailey Rhode Bieber is a model, entrepreneur, and Creative Director and Founder of Rhode, an edited skincare brand dedicated to curating one of everything really good™. After two years of developing the line and years of exposure to the best makeup artists and skin experts from her modeling career, she launched Rhode in June 2022. The innovative product line of high-performing, multi-use formulas are designed for instant dewy, delicious skin and improve its look and feel over time. Since launching, Rhode and Ms. Bieber have earned numerous industry accolades, including the cover of Forbes’ 30 Under 30, Allure’s Best of Beauty in their first year of business, honored as Newcomer of the Year 2022 by Beauty Inc, and already ranking among the top ten most talked about skincare brands on social media (as measured by Tribe Dynamics). 
 
Ms. Bieber has continued her commitment to uplifting women of all backgrounds through The Rhode Futures Foundation. From launch, the company has committed a minimum of 1% of sales and ongoing team volunteer efforts toward supporting partners who actively dismantle the barriers that women face in the school system, the workplace, and beyond. In partnership with the brand, she continues this effort by making a multi-year commitment that will focus on one key philanthropic pillar each year.
