He is renowned for pioneering the no-downtime thread-lift with over 8,000 completed to-date, and for revolutionizing the way cosmetic medicine is practiced around the world with his method of combining three minimally-invasive treatments to mimic a facelift, the Stackable Treatments™ approach. He is also author of the textbook, The Art of Combining Surgical and Nonsurgical Techniques in Aesthetic Medicine, which highlights this unique approach.

Dr. Few is an innovator in the field of aesthetics, where one of his accomplishments includes helping to develop the use of the first FDA-approved filler (JUVÉDERM VOLUMA) for cheeks. He was one of the first doctors to research/develop facial aesthetic surgery techniques to treat skin of color, while helping to avoid keloids and scars. Recently, he collaborated with Gwyneth Paltrow to create goop's Youth-Boost Peptide Serum.

He is also Founder of his eponymous skincare line, featuring synergistic, clean formulas centered around his groundbreaking Stackable Treatments™.

In 2013 Dr. Few founded The Few Initiative for Children, an organization that seeks to empower Chicago’s youth through programs, events, and opportunities designed to instill communication and leadership skills, as well as support academic efforts for lifelong success.
