Lynda Pak is Senior Vice President of Global Brand and Corporate Function Technology at The Estée Lauder Companies (ELC). She joined ELC in 2016 and has been in her current role since 2020, driving technology strategy and operations for all ELC brands and functions. With more than 20 years of both e-commerce/omnichannel retail business and IT experience, she has served on the executive leadership teams at Bed Bath & Beyond, Borders Group, and other leading companies in the consumer products and retail industries. During her more than 14 years as a consultant, Ms. Pak led large, complex ERP-based transformation programs to drive business value for Fortune 100 clients.
