Erin George joined the Boston Consulting Group (BCG) in 2006 and is Managing Director and Senior Partner in the Dallas office. She has worked as a consultant since 2000.
Ms. George works in the Consumer, Fashion, Beauty, and Retail Practice, as well as the Private Equity and Principal Investors Practice, and specialize in holistic retail transformations, including consumer insights, branding strategy and positioning, customer experience, change management, and cost optimization. She is Global Leader for Profit Optimization in Retail and sits on both BCG's North America management team and global consumer leadership team.
Ms. George works with clients in a wide range of retail sectors, including specialty and luxury retail, fashion and apparel, and beauty. She serves as a trusted advisor to C-suite executives and their leadership teams, providing counsel on competitive and growth strategies, go-to-market and branding strategies, organization design, cost optimization, and change management. She also has extensive private equity experience and has assisted clients in conducting portfolio reviews, due diligence, and performance improvement.
Prior to joining BCG, Ms. George worked with The Monitor Group in Los Angeles.
She holds a bachelor of science in business administration and marketing from the University of Southern California, as well as a master of business administration in finance from the McCombs School of Business at The University of Texas in Austin.
