At the 2023 WWD Digital Beauty Forum, to be held January 24 in New York City, we will explore the innovative ways that brands and retailers are harnessing cutting-edge digital initiatives to deepen their relationships with consumers.

Leading thinkers from across beauty and wellness — and, of course, the metaverse — will delve into today’s most relevant topics. Angelica Munson, Shiseido’s global chief digital officer, will share what it takes to spearhead a digital transformation across a global enterprise, while Function of Beauty’s Alexandra Papazian will dive into the future of personalization and customization at scale. Tom Hale of Ōura Health will join us to talk about the future of wearable wellness, while Lucy Yeomans of Drest and Neha Singh of Obsess will share best practices — and key learnings — from the metaverse.

During the day, we’ll also hear from the most exciting emerging platforms, including the livestream seller Peter Philipp Wingsoe of Flip, and hear how Sephora’s social media strategy is evolving with Brent Mitchell. And of course, we’ll talk TikTok with the best in the business — Evan Horowitz of Movers and Shakers and Laurie Lam, chief brand officer of E.l.f. Beauty.
